It's no secret I'm a big fan of Lisa Gade's reviews over at MobileTechReview.com. A veteran of the mobile device industry, Lisa brings does a great job at delving into the nitty gritty details of the Moto X while lending her industry knowledge to seeing the big picture. She starts out the review with a hint saying, 'Hint, we like it'. Lisa starts off by giving us a tour of the Moto X and then comparing it physically to many of the leading competing handsets from HTC and Samsung. She then walks us through some of the software features that really set the Moto X apart.
She explains that a good chunk of change was spent developing these software features such as the always on functionality, various contextual special features and notifications and thus we shouldn't shy away from it simply because it might not have the most advanced specs around. She seems genuinely impressed with both the camera and the X8 architecture that Motorola put in the Moto X. We also get some nice benchmarks shown as well as a full demonstration of the camera. There's more but overall Lisa seems fairly smitten by the Moto X. You can check out the video review above and the full written review will be up on her site at the link below shortly.
