Motorola issued an update this morning to the camera app on the Moto X that includes the much sought after manual focus and exposure controls as well as additional language support. The update, version 126.96.36.199., also contains some other bug fixes. We have to take our hats off to Motorola for thinking of putting the camera app up on Google Play and having the device treat as a separate upgradeable app rather than an integral part of the OS. This enables the company to issue updates like this on the fly by simply pushing the updated app to the Play Store and letting users download it rather than have to wait for an entirely new build of the phone's OS. If you haven't received the update yet, head on over to the Play link below and press update.
