I'm just about ready to pull the trigger and buy the Moto X. I understand it will read text messages to you while you are driving but I want to know if you can dictate and send response text messages using voice commands, too?  I know it can respond with a simple message that "I am driving now and will respond later" but the one thing Siri does that is useful is respond with complete messages through voice command.  I'm hoping my Moto X could do the same.  Would certainly appreciate feedback from current owners/users?

Thanks.

Yes, you can also send and respond with just a voice. Takes some getting use to but it does work
