I wonder if this is in response to Sprint One Up program. Based on their chart it will be the cheapest way to buy a phone. For those that haven't seen it yet: The monthly service cost for mobile will be reduced by $15 and then you add the $27 installment planning meaning net increase will only be $12 a month. Hopefully after the two years are up the service pan well stay at the reduced price making Sprint the cheapest carrier.
